KSTATION
KStation is a place where children are cared for and taught in a safe, creative and fun environment. All of our learning environments are specifically geared to meet the developmental, social and spiritual stages of all children from birth through 6th grade. Whether you’re being greeted by a friendly Supervisor in Foggy Bottom or hearing enthusiastic worship coming from the Downtown department, it’s obvious that exciting things are happening at KStation!
At KStation we strive to teach and guide each child in their spiritual journey, but we also realize that parents have the greatest opportunity to influence the spiritual development of their children. Each weekend children will be taught truths from God’s word and sent home with tools and resources for parents to continue the teaching at home. These resources are designed to create natural conversations about God as families experience life together just like in Deuteronomy 11:19 “Teach these to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” For more information about our tools and resources visit our Parent Connection page.
In addition to these resources each month we have a family night called “Union Station” where 1st-6th graders and their parents come together to kick off our monthly Biblical virtue. This fun-filled night has hilarious skits, Bible teaching, fun music and give aways. Click on the Union Station link to find out more.
