CITIZENSHIP MINISTRY
When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice. (KJV)
Proverbs 26:2
Mission:
Immanuel's Citizenship Ministry provides useful information, educational forums and equipping resources which help encourage people of faith to become knowledgeable, active and effective citizens. We believe Almighty God calls us as Christians to be "salt and light" (Matthew 5:13-16) as substantive advocates in our communities, The Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States of America; who make beneficial contributions to civic betterment, administration of government and advancement of virtue at every level. We work to influence our social, cultural and governmental environment so that we might freely worship and serve God, and nurture wholesome family relationships.
