Changes That Heal Workshop (for Women)

Why do people develop emotional and relationship problems? Changes That Heal is a workshop for women which topics include: Bonding To Others, Setting Boundaries, Sorting Out Good & Bad in Ourselves and Others and Becoming an Adult. Identify the problems that result when we fail to accomplish that task and identify changes to make in our lives in order to bring about healing.

CPREP (Couple's Communication Workshop)
Thursdays, April 15 - May 27
A couple's ability to handle conflict and disagreements is the best predictor of future marriage well being. All couples will have problems-it's how you handle them that count most! CPREP is a highly interactive workshop offered to couples of all ages. The workshop is a combination of discussion, video and exercise. CPREP is highly recommended by Gary Smalley, Dallas Theological Seminary and James Dobson and is used within the four branches of the military. This seven-week workshop provides married couples with the communication and problem solving skills required to handle issues that we all face. For more information, go to www.prepinc.com.

Anger Management Workshop: A Focus on Compassion

The Anger Management Workshop: A Focus on Compassion, is a 12-week long workshop for men and women (16 years and older) for whom anger is causing problems in their lives. It is a structured series of lectures and homework assignments designed to teach you control over your anger. It works to replace the emotion of anger with that of compassion, so that you can build loving relationships instead of breaking them down.

Safe People Workshop (Cloud and Townsend) - (For Women)
Fall 2010
The wounds inflicted by an "unsafe" person can go deep. Good people can get involved in bad relationships. Learn how to avoid repeating your own mistakes and how to choose safe, healthy people in relationships. Understand how safe people help us to grow and mature in our faith.
The cost is $15. Advance registration is not required.

Boundaries Workshop (for Women)

The workbook/video series is based on the book, Boundaries, by Cloud & Townsend. Many will discover realities about their lives, about the family in which they grew up, about their present relationships, addictive behaviors, and co-dependency.
