EXTENDING HANDS SENIOR VISITATION MINISTRY

Extending Hands is a ministry under the Care and Counseling Ministry of Immanuel Bible Church. The direction of this ministry is to help care for people who consider Immanuel Bible Church (IBC) their home church, but are unable, because of physical limitations, to attend services at Immanuel on a regular basis. The hope of this ministry is to keep the health-challenged people of Immanuel from feeling disconnected and forgotten by their IBC family. The function of this ministry is to visit people who are isolated or in nursing homes. It is the desire of the volunteers of this ministry to foster a relationship with people to reflect the love of Christ.

Would you like to share in this ministry? We are looking for committed volunteers who are willing to visit an elderly person once or twice a month, establish a relationship with them and help reconnect them to the church. We would love your help!
