Ron and Cathryn Jones

Ron Jones serves as the fifth Senior Pastor of Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Virginia, where thousands of people worship each weekend from the Washington D.C. area, many of whom are Pentagon leaders, White House officials, and members of Congress. His passion is to lead people into the presence of God through anointed biblical preaching that aims to transform lives.

Dr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Financial Planning from Purdue University, a Master of Theology (Th.M.) degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree in Expository Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Biblical financial stewardship was the focus of his doctoral project.
After a successful career in sales and marketing lasting more than six years, Ron entered vocational ministry in 1991. Before coming to Immanuel in 2007, he served churches in Texas and Oklahoma.

With his wife Cathryn, Ron developed a money and marriage conference called Becoming Financial Soul Mates™. Ron is also the author of one book titled Jesus, Money, and Me.
Born and raised in Indiana, Ron married a beautiful Texas girl and Dallas native. Ron and Cathryn are husband and wife, best friends, ministry partners, and financial soul mates. The Joneses live in Fairfax Station, Virginia with their two children and a golden retriever.
