The Korean Fellowship started as an active response to the increasing bilingual needs of ethnic Koreans at IBC. Its goal is to help meet the spiritual and cultural needs of those who attend IBC and speak Korean as their native language more effectively. The fellowship also helps 1.5 and second generation of Korean Americans develop their sense of belonging and confidence and encourages them to play an active role in expanding the Kingdom of God in collaboration with other ethnic groups at Immanuel.
The Korean Fellowship, being a ministry of Immanuel Bible Church, shares its vision: “Building believers to the Glory of God who Seek Him Constantly, Serve Him Faithfully, and Share Him Boldly.” Living in an age of ‘Globalization’, the Korean Fellowship also encourages its members to redefine their roles and proactively reach out to other ethnic communities and spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.
Small Group Meetings
The Small Group Meetings provide a forum for the group members to get to know one another, edify and encourage one another for spiritual growth, and develop a sense of togetherness as fellow Christians. Members are also encouraged to develop specific ways to practice their Christian belief in their homes, church, and society. Each small group is free to meet by the times and arrangements decided by its members.
Simultaneous Translation of Sunday Worship Service into Korean

Early Morning Prayer (EMP)
Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM, in the Terrace Room (Building Entrance #5). The EMP promotes the spiritual growth of the participants through daily prayer and devotion. Accompanied by scripture reading and short message (in English), EMP is an excellent way to start your workday. Started in 2007 by the Korean Fellowship, the EMP now is part of church’s prayer ministry and is open to all who desire to pray. "MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL NATIONS" (Mark 11:17)
