CPREP (COUPLE'S COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP)

A couple's ability to handle conflict and disagreements is the best predictor of future marriage well being. All couples will have problems-it's how you handle them that count most! CPREP is a highly interactive workshop offered to couples of all ages. The workshop is a combination of discussion, video and exercise. CPREP is highly recommended by Gary Smalley, Dallas Theological Seminary and James Dobson and is used within the four branches of the military. The Anger Management Workshop: A Focus on Compassion, is a 12-week long workshop for men and women (16 years and older) for whom anger is causing problems in their lives. It is a structured series of lectures and homework assignments designed to teach you control over your anger. It works to replace the emotion of anger with that of compassion, so that you can build loving relationships instead of breaking them down.
